1. Digital Products (Crochet Patterns – PDF)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital crochet patterns (PDF) are non-refundable once downloaded.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital items.

However, if you experience:

  • Difficulty downloading the file

  • Technical issues with the PDF

  • Missing or incorrect files

Please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

2. Physical Products (Handmade Crochet Items)

Returns

We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds do not include original shipping costs

  • Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrectly sent

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products (PDF crochet patterns)

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

  • Lost or delayed packages should be reported to us as soon as possible so we can assist.
